This session uses a Lego model, the Mars Car, to teach you the steps of the design process and basic building strategies. You have an opportunity to experiment with different gear and pulley combinations before you race your creations at the end of the session.
Test the soil, mineral makeup, landscape, acidity and radioactivity of four areas on Mars. Then decide which area would be the most suitable for human inhabitation.
